Very friendly faces and customer service! Checking in was a breeze that required a deposit! No smoking rooms. Early check in and late check out are available if you're a reward member. The bed is soft and will hold you pass the alarm clock! The window shade keeps the room dark in the day if that's what you like which I def enjoyed! No complaints also complementary breakfast from 6:30-9:30
By far the best IHG property I have stayed! Myself & several colleagues began frequent stays here back at the beginning of September, thanks to a new acquisition in the area. The staff at this particular hotel are absolutely the most accommodating group of employees I have ever encountered at a hotel, & I spend at least 45 weeks per year in hotel somewhere. Every front desk employee remembers me & my name from visit to visit. Plus, they have excellent attention to detail when it comes to my preferences & ALWAYS follow up with me if I mention anything I don’t love about my stay. I could go on & on about the positives at this small hotel in Clewiston Florida!
The staff was helpful and welcoming. The beds, bedding and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was fresh. I didn't give 5 stars for the room only because although it was renovated, it shows it's age. I would stay here again.
I have recently began traveling for work and have stayed in multiple IHG properties. Clewiston has been by far the most welcoming and comfortable one so far. All the interactions I have had with the staff have been pleasant. They have all been professional, respectful, helpful, and genuinely work to make your stay a great one. Have always been met with a smile and they remember you from visit to visit. Highly recommend this IHG property!
I would stay here again and again !! The coolest part is that there are a set of twins that work there !! They are so helpful and it was cool to see that they were the same ppl but different ppl lol if you know what I mean !! They had so many similarities and it was just the coolest thing. The hotel was super clean and everything was cozy and it felt like home away from home
I’ve been to a lot of IHG locations we are also members of IHG. Usually there is some helpful people and some not so helpful. This location here. Was by far the most welcoming and comfortable one so far. Everything is clean neat and organized. All the staff very nice and helpful. When I say all staff I mean every single one. By far best experience so far.
This was an excellent property. Not too old, but not brand new either. Ava (spelling) was awesome at the front desk. Rooms was spotless. The mattress was just ok. I’m not particularly a fan of foam mattresses. I like springs in mine. But the hot tub was awesome! Breakfast was great too. Love, love, love bacon at a HIE breakfast buffet! We would stay here again.
This hotel is amazing! So clean, very pleasant management and all other employees. Breakfast options are great. Did not get a chance to use the pool or hot tub, as temperature colder. Well worth the money to stay in such a nice hotel. A few fast food restaurants to walk to, but others options a short drive and a Walmart across the road. Highly recommend.
